Hi,
I am trying to download a segment of a stream from 7/24. It is the 2nd 2GB segment in the stream. I went to the page containing the segment information (http://api.justin.tv/api/clip/show/326118694.xml) and it contains a video URL with a bunch of junk appended to the end. HTML Code:
<video_file_url>http://media27.justin.tv/archives/2012-7-24/live_user_feardarkness_1343163072.flv.vzx1ekwdjc8e1su</video_file_url> All the other segments of this video work properly and contain normal looking video URLs. Also, when the Twitch VOD player encounters this segment of the video (about 1:25 in) it freezes and becomes unresponsive to commands. Any idea what is going on here? |

Yes, there was a problem yesterday with archives, this affected some of the archives (how were saved) for some of the jtv and ttv channels, not every channel.
That was already fixed for new archives saved after that was discovered (if you have newer archives than this one they should be ok) and the video team is working on fixing these broken archives so i am suer you would be able to download it (view and highlight) once is fixed. |
