Can't access specific stream

Hello,

I'll try to explain my problem as clear as possible

My problem occurs on one specific stream wich is http://www.justin.tv/weebbles
I have been able to watch stream on there in the past. In the last 3 days i havent been able to connect to it at all. I just stay blocked on the launching screen ( no red live circle on the up right ) , chat is launching tho and i'm able to acess others streams.

Ive tried on chrome/mozilla/ie. I also have updated Flash to the latest drivers.
Tried to disable both windows and personnal firewall but i dont see that to be the problem as i can access other stream. I tried to clear cache also.

So here i am, completely blocked, if anyone can help it would be nice. If you need any other infos please ask .
