Virtual Audio Cable V.4.10 Settings Confirguration needed

Hello guys,

Please I'd appreciate if someone can help me to set my headset & Speakers working as the same time So I mean when I listen to movie or music need to hear them from the headphone & Speaker same time + the Microphone for the Skype + yahoo for chatting So is that Possible with this Software ?
