No reply from support email. Also submitted a bug report to twitch.tv. Also tried to call the support number, no response.

My pro account is acting weird too. It doesn't work on Justin.tv but works find on Twitch.tv?

Is this normal? Also, I want to upgrade to a year plan but can't because I can't cancel the monthly plan.

Help would be appreciated because I had emailed the purchase support e-mail and didn't get a response and it has been a couple of months now.
