I bought a pro account to watch some football games, as I am living outside the US and it is impossible to watch football on TV and Justin.tv limits the amount of streams to free users in other countries. After paying for my account, though, it still didn't work. I got errors saying my account number was invalid. After looking at the forums, I realized this is a fairly common issue. I tried every suggestion, such as closing my browser, deleting cookies and cache, logging off and back on, etc. Nothing worked. And this wasn't just a few minutes' or even a few hours' delay; I missed all the games all weekend that I had just paid to see. As if that were not enough to upset me, after over a week and three separate emails, Justin.tv customer service has not given me a single response. They have totally ignored me. If you are thinking of paying for a pro account with this site, I would suggest you try to find a more trustworthy business to deal with. I'm sure many people have bought pro accounts and are happy with them, but keep in mind, if you have any problems like I had, it doesn't seem like Justin.tv will care enough to even acknowledge you.
