I am Blocked from Justin.TV???

I'm having a problem that it seems a few others are as well. Today I hopped onto JTV, only to see "You've been blocked from using JTV services" on a plain white screen. I went to the help link and sent off an email to hopefully contest and lift my ban.

This really bothers me though, I don't know what I could've done to get a full ban. I don't stream so it wasn't anything pertaining to that. I usually say little to nothing in channels and most definitely haven't said sexually explicit things. I'm no spambot or anything dumb like that. Not impersonating anybody. Then I'm pretty sure I keep my account secure and safe as well, so I'd like to think it hopefully wasn't some invasion by a spammer or something.

Is there any help an admin here could give me? I love the site, so it was really a nasty surprise to get on today and see this, so I'd really like it if I could possibly work this out and get back to watching some streams and all that good stuff, or at the very least have some clue as to why I was banned?
