Very annoying bot,All this bot does is spam channels. Expectually with the !define command that gives a whole list of definitions which spams the chat & other commands like !chance very annoying . Please Admin or staff look into this matter Because i cant chat with all this spamming

if you are saying the commands are the problems (and no something automatic that the bot does) then who is spamming/flooding the chat are the users using the commands, if that bothers the channel owner then they can ban the bot, ask users to not abuse of those commands (to or ban if they keep doing it), or probably limit how often the commands can be used(most bots have that feature) or just disable the commands.
i don't think that is something jtv can interfere with

To my knowledge the bot only enters the channel when the host asks it to be there, as well the define command can be enabled or disabled. As such there is no reason for the bot to be banned.
