Thumbs up One thing worked great for me!

Checking the links that Dylan sent me, one thing worked for me:
* Step One:
Running Safari 5.1.7, then I went to Preferences > Details > "Choose Justin.tv Individual Cookies" > Remove It > Restart Safari; & that's it.
Now my login works perfectly.
Well, when I leave my desktop computer & my browser running for a while, I had to log in once again but it runs back ok.
Thanks Dylan, for your follow up concern!

Default 18+ denial redirecting to reddit?

So I've been having problems signing and being auto signed out by justin for a while now...

...but until today the mentioned problems with 18+ and general signing on haven't otherwise effected me until I was kicked from the session and logged out.

The funny thing I noticed when trying to re-access the channel with it being 18+ when I clicked the button I got the following:

" Hey now, don't do that! Go play here instead."

And here included a link to reddit.

So

Update: 7/11/12 10:40 AM Pacific

We made some updates to the below steps. For Step 1, ensure you are clearing cookies with a time range of Everything. If that still does not work, one of our community members, waltdisneysghost, posted instructions on clearing cookies for individual sites (Step 2).
------

Step One:
Clear your cookies and cache! It is a simple process that might save you time. Follow these instructions and then see if the problem continues.

If this did not fix the problem...

Step Two:

Fixes are being reported for the following browsers...

For Firefox:

Instructions: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/...ebsites-stored

Step Two:
Resetting your Internet browser's user settings appears to be fixing this for our community. We confirmed this fix for both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

For Internet Explorer:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/w...net-Explorer-9
Please ensure "Delete Personal Settings" is checked (Note: This will reset your homepage).

For Firefox:
Note: This has been reported to no longer fix the problem.
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/...s-fix-problems

For Safari:
We are working on a solution...

For Google Chrome:
Reported to be working.

Please let us know your results. We will continue to investigate this problem.

Thanks for all of your patience!
Ok, I followed your instructions for clearing my cache and so on and so forth,,.. except your instructions only went up to Firefox version 3.5 and I'm using Firefox12

Clearing the cache is not working for most or at least for anyone I have been in touch regarding this issue Dylan, as far as I know this 18+ is mainly with firefox 13 and above as I have not experienced any of these with other browsers or older versions of ff.

Some viewers are still being bumped off the channel.

and the most distasteful stuff is being advertise as "Recommended videos and More".....soft porn is ok now?

Hi Tony,

Did you follow step 2 on the first post? That seems to be fixing it for Firefox users.

In terms of the recommended video, the answer is no. Email any suggestive recommended links to me and I'll remove them.

We did push a fix for this that should no longer require clearing your cookies and cache (individual and full). Please let me know if you continue to have troubles.

We battled with the Internet cookie monster and pushed a fix yesterday. I'm no longer seeing this complaint come in . This should be fixed- You should no longer need to clear your cookies.

Please note: At this time, if you move to a different subdomain (such as justin.tv to es.justin.tv) you will need to sign into that subdomain. We will get that fixed up so you're logged in across the website.

Glad this appears to be no longer a problem.
