We help people for free here. LOL

This covers the basics of either FME2.5 or 3.0, they install and run the same and they are both very close on visual broadcasting quality. - http://community.justin.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=8

3.0 has more resolution options and seems to send just a bit better quality video when using low resolutions but if you have the internet upload speed to run high resolution then I would go with FME 2.5.

If you already have a broadcasting account then get FME at the link and the matching XML file that will tell FME where to send your broadcast so it will be shown on your channel.

Get the XML 2.5 file to use on FME 2.5 or get the XML 3.0 to use with FME 3.0

What exactly is the problem you are having? Audio with no video? Video with no audio? Nothing going through?

What resolution are you capturing at and what resolution are you casting at? I've had it chop my broadcast when I was playing with settings when I had my capture size lower than my screen resolution in FME. If you have your capture lower than your resolution, try setting it to your screen resolution, and if you are using Multiboxing's batch file method, edit under the <process> area, look for the <size> field and edit the width and height to your desired settings. If you are using FME through the GUI, make sure the SIZE field is set to your screen resolution and then check the resize box, and edit the width and height there to your desired settings.

Are you using h.264 format? If so maybe yours does what mine does and limits the SIZE field to 720P as the highest resolution. If thats the case and your screen resolution is higher, try setting it to VP6 and using similar desired settings.

Im not using his method, im just straight broadcasting from FME and Multicam. The picture is not really the problem now tho, its the sound. Its all distorted and loud. What to do?

In FME it shows the audio source you have selected to feed (mic, line in, etc) , go into your pc sound (in Control Panel) and find that same volume control there and turn the volume down some (1/2 to about 2/3's level) and in FME set the volume at only about 3/4 level and see if that doesn't help.

You don't want the vertical sound level indicator on FME to go up to the top (into the yellow) during streaming except on the occasional very loud sound, during normal talking, etc. it should stay down around the middle of the green area.

If you mean that its too loud and distorted when viewing your Justin.tv channel then you may also need to turn down the volume there on your player, run your mouse over your channel window screen and you should see a volume control and a button to increase the screen size.
