Default VH Screen Capture problem (crashing)

So I've been trying to get VH Screen Capture to work, but no matter what I try, I get the same result. I open up the config application just fine, and when I go to select "Create New One", the program crashes. I've tried running it as an administrator, but the same thing happens.

I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, and I installed the x64 build of VH Screen Capture. Anybody that has any ideas or alternative solutions would be helpful. I'd like to be broadcasting in 720p via FME.
