Lagg with the Sond

Hi, im a xbox streamer. Ive been working on getting both game and my voice. I jst got it working, got VaC all set. Bt there is like a 5 sec sond delay. Also afte rlike 15 mins i lose all my game sond and there is jst voice. Is There anyway i can fix this?

I have been told this is because VAC is software, so the delay is the sound going to the software then to (I assume) FME. When I had this issue I was told there is no fix as there will always be a delay between software

What I can suggest (what I am doing) is get a Mixer
