watching problem

i got tired from asking and it seem to be better quiting Justin as no body help also no technical support experienced section in Justin i have sent my question everywhere except to the site which has no support my problem is ( i was watching channels very well till few days ago when i just watch few minuits then it hang wthout any notation even as before like asking for code or something and the chat is running my dsl 4mb and speed is well i have to do refrsh every few minuets knowing that i used another comp. and it was better so can you help me to dicover treat the problem; thanks ) and it will be my last try
