Mods is short for Modification! so before i start casting or make a new account as i don't want my Normal account to get suspended or known for mods i want to know are we aloud to cast games that have been modded so i can have fun or to complete the game?

i heard alot of ppl get banned for 10th lobbies of MW2 is there a reason why? i don't see how its illegal if any one can mod that game?

But thats mainly why i wanted to know if i can stream mods because i don't want to get banned for something they think i'm doing but i'm not.

I would be more concerned about getting your console banned than getting a ban from Justin.tv. There have been Xbox staff going around Justin.tv lately banning consoles as well as requesting some channels to be removed by Justin.tv Staff. So yeah, it would be better to not do it as it is indeed against Microsoft's terms of service. Some channels could even be taken down for spam reasons as many channels try to sell these hacks which is not allowed.

Yes, if you use Third-party software to creat illeagle glitches in the games are against the rules and should be bannable. but if you mean like Addon Mods i dont seem the harm in that.

like i play Morrowind, and have installed quite afew Mods for more quests / armor / places etc and are these are legal so i dont see anyharm for having these kind of mods
