IP Banned and suspended

Today i was ip banned because i was going to stream modded lobbys on Call of Duty 5. I then saw this thread http://community.justin.tv/forums/announcement.php?f=5 by a moderator of the forum, i was not streaming them at the time i was banned i had just a title screen for the game on the screen. I really dont know why i was suspended and banned and if i have done something wrong, please tell me and how long will i be suspended for? I also got a email for justin tv saying i was suspended but i can not access channels.

edit: Also i am not the only one doin this, and i am also not the one hacking, im just streaming.
