Default Viewing problems

Hello,

I recently started having issues viewing any live stream on justin TV. The video plays a commercial fine but won't load, buffer, or play any stream on Justin TV. This problem is exclusive to justin TV, I can view Ustream and Xfire streams perfectly fine, as well as Justin TV VoD's. I have experienced this problem in google chrome, firefox, and internet explorer 32 bit. My internet connection is fairly strong, I have reinstalled flash player 10.xxxxx multiple times although it is attached to google chrome as well. My roomate who uses the same internet is able to view Justin TV streams fine. I can view the streams on my laptop without a problem on the same internet connection. If anybody has any suggestions or can help me in anyway, it would be much appreciated. OS is windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

Thank you for your help!

-Tom

Hi Tom,

Do you just have a spinning circle on the video screen?

Yes, i get the spinning circle for a few seconds, then the screen goes black, then it displays an image, which is the stream's icon or a blurry snapshot of the stream. Sometimes it starts wit the the stream icons then switches to a blurry snapshot of the stream. At this point i can refresh the stream but that quite literally does nothing. Thank you for the quick reply!

Does this happen on every channel, or just a certain one?

bump,

active x, flash, javascript all check out. Again, this only happens on Justin TV streams, all other streaming services work.
