Failure to create thumbnail image using FME

Some time while trying to view my stream from another computer. Sometimes i will notice that it does not have a thumbnail. It just has sort of grey scale type stock image. I am using the latest version of flash media encoder. I think it is version 3.2?

Any tips?

**Edit** I run a 24/7 Stream so i know i am well over the 20 mins it takes for a snapshot to be generated.
