Hoping to get old JTV name back

i know it is likely that it won't happen or get fixed
but a few months ago i was test my stream with Lotro with FME.
i had the lotro windows at 1680x1050 and was capturing with FME
when i was done playing Lotro i forgot to shut down FME because i had it as a run command instead of program.
i started watching tv shows in Vlc. you can tell by now what happened next
after my hour or so of watching shows i went to go log into JTV but my account was banned.
it was under the username VaughnWhiskey
i understand if there is no way to get this account unbanned or the username freed up.
but it would be nice.

Sorry, wrong username or password

and when i try to signup using the username/email
i get a Huge X next to VaughnWhiskey
and then it also says my email is banned or something
i know i have been banned, i received an email when it happened.
i am not upset or anything, i know i fudged up lol just trying to see if there is anyway to get a second chance

you can't sign up for a "new account" using the same name , that red cross says the name is not available , even if that name was banned or delete by yourself the name is blocked now

i understand that, was hoping to see if there was anyway to get it available again.....

By you casting material that wasnt originally yours, thats consider Copyright Infringement, which goes againest your T.O.S.

You might want to consult with Justin.tv on this issue, dont expect much, since this is a violation of the service:

But if it says: "Your have been blocked from using Justin.tv services, for more information please click here" anywhere, including in an email

Unfortunately thats done by an I.P ban and they will not be able to assist you

no i can still use the site
i been using it for awhile after that ban
just had alot of followers and friends with my old account
and now none of them know who i am lol
like i said i understand the TOS and i wasn't thinking after i was done streaming Lotro
i am not denying that my channel streamed tv shows, but i was mistake
and i know alot of people come to the forums and say it was a mistake and stuff but i honestly did forget to shut down the run command for streaming before i started watching tv shows on vlc lol

Sorry, the channel was suspended on DMCA which means the copyright holder requested the account to be suspended
so it wont come back
