JTV Chat doesn't load, ever.

Well I recently moved, and since I moved I haven't been able to get my JTV chat to load.

It just pauses at loading JTV chat, and no matter how many times I refresh or how long I wait it will never load.

I know I am not banned as it doesn't say im banned, and it does it on every single JTV channel.

Plus I have had JTV for only a few weeks total and I have never really done anything but small talk. There is no way I could be banned.

Anyways I have the latest flash version, and the latest versions of both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I use windows XP too.

If anyone has a fix to this problem that would be great. Thanks.

Yeah I cleared my catch and cookies ect. It didn't do anything.

Sounds like you have a global ban. Has it been over 24 hours?

Yeah been like this for three weeks now or so.

And if I had a global ban, wouldn't it say I was banned from talking? Plus there is absolutely no reason for me to get a ban, as I almost never use the chat. In fact I don't think I have ever actually bothered to talk. I normally just read what others say.

Dylanlive it is also a bug we found that out already and you have to wait a couple days.

So send a message to contact or your either global banned(dylan he said he didn't receive the pop up message he was global banned)

Also check the debug messages if their is tons script errors then it is a bug.

Staff have not announced it as a bug.

Really wow that is amazing there was a thread with a lot of people saying they were having problems including me that couldn't get the chat loaded in most the chatrooms and a couple days later the chats worked either from the contact page or just patients/waiting for it to be solved.

Anyone from your network could have gotten you global banned. It goes by IP. And there is a bug in the system where it wont tell you, it just sits at loading chat.

What is your JTV username?

I don't know how to find the debug stuff or whatever.

Oh and the chat doesn't load even if I log out and I am not normal banned from any of the channels. As far as global ban goes, when I looked at your link you showed an image saying you were banned, and said there would be a popup letting us know. It also said the first global ban would be for 24 hours.

Since I got no pop up, and get no you are banned text, and have never suffered a 24 hour ban, plus I have never done anything remotely close to ban worthy I can only assume that it isn't a global ban.

PS: I am using an old computer because my good computer broke right before my move. I got the latest firefox/IE and flash and tried disabling the firewall. I also cleared catch. I think this is a computer issue, and if anyone knows a program I might be missing on an old computer lemme know.
