Default Stream lagging for my viewers, not for me.

Hello, im broadcasting a starcraft 2 stream, but im having trouble with lag (i upgraded my hardware, and i have a very high bandwith connection)

So any help would be appriciated.

My current computer specs are:

intel i7 2600k 4 core @ 3,4 ghz (3,8 ghz turbo)
Zotac geforce 570 AMP
8 GB dd3 RAM @ 1600 mhz

My internet connetion is 100-150 Mb/s download 50-100 mb/s upload.

My current streaming setup i run xsplit broadcaster (i prefer it to my old setup using vhscrp & FMLE)

But i have tried those programs aswell (and viewers reported even more lagg then with xsplit).

My current settings with xsplit i record from my 1920x1200 resolution and upload in 1920x1080 (with aspect ratio not kept (so streched image) )

I have tried everything between 1000/2000 bitrate to 4000/8000

Any help appriciated.

*edit* forgot to tell you the FPS i record at* i'v tried 25 and 30, currently using 30
