4 Channel Closures In 1 Year Due To Racist Viewers In The Community

Now, I know what everyone's gonna say! "This isn't serious, Oh noes, just ban 'em."
But, I feel as though I'm being targeted on JTV solely because I'm black.
Let's cut down to the chase, I've had 4 channel closures in 1 year, 3 in less than 2 weeks because I'm trying to get viewers fairly instead of using a hacked script to get thousands of viewers like those other kids who can't face reality that their content sucks.
But, I'm one of the only entertaining people on the gaming section, yet I get 3 channel closures in a single month? Lmao.

People, let me fill you on what really happens in these gaming rooms. Okay!
It's either I can be streaming for 8 hours straight and have come-and-leave idiots, or I can be streaming for 30 minutes, get 9 viewers, 5 haters, and a channel closure just like that. According to some, it's because they were banned. If so, why should someone who is important as me, get punished for something a moderator who I gave full-rights to do whatever the hell he wants to do to retain the peace in my room, have my channel closed because we're trying to maintain order.

So, by that logic, I assume that having a moderator to control the room is wrong. My moderators ban racists, and the racists change their ip and come back, flag my room, and my channel closes. Or another scenario is there's a conspirator admin who basically doesn't like that I'm black and just finds the opportune moment for him based on no legitimate complaints to remove my channel.

Am I supposed to let people call me racial slurs through a chat when in real life I can clearly beat their ***? No, we ban them. And by banning them, I get suspended?
So, for doing the right thing, I'm suspended?
Now, JTV, you admins need to fix this issue. 4 channel closures in one year. 1 account with 250+ followers, 2nd account with 240+ followers. The other two were banned immediately in less than 2 weeks.

Now, the TOS is pretty vague, but it says nothing, and NOTHING about racism. The only thing close that the TOS says is "hateful speech." The only hateful speech I get is the racial slurs in my chat.

I put a lot of work to make my streams entertaining but your precious site is ruining it.
There's a lot of important games coming out in the FALL that i want to commentate on, but because of these impromptu channel closures, that might not happen.

And listen, before you pin me as the target. Listen, if you're a broadcaster like me, you would know there's idiots who purposely try to flag peoples' channels if they can't have a voice anymore. Why aren't these idiots banned instead of me? They are causing trouble and are not important, but yet, I'm discriminated and punished.

I conclude that this is all racial conspiracy. Now, since this has nothing to do with the TOS, and since I keep getting these vague computerized reasons to why I'm suspended, I will take legal action against this site.

This site already has dozens of illegal streams being broadcasted including ppvs, yet, small streams like mine that do not violate your little agreement are taken down. You have illegal sports broadcasts and you keep them afloat because they produce revenue and generate traffic for your site. But, the fact of the matter is, you give em a chance.

Secondly, I was never ever on related live channels the entire almost a year in full I've been streaming but others with 100 less followers than me instantaneously got on related live channels. This is prejudical and warrants legal action especially since I was a pro member on one of the accounts that was banned by you. If not any real action, then there's the principle that I still payed, and yet your precious JTV staff did not look into the fact that I payed money for this site, and was clearly not rewarded.

Thirdly, lack of advertisement on this site. Mis categorization and your poor coding allows hackers to manipulate their view count to remain on on the top if somehow they slip just slowly to the bottom.
The producers are mostly all Caucasian and are barely any other real race. There are many african-american streamers are some others who are entertaining but are not producer.
You need to hire more pro-active and intelligent admins who will get the job done correctly to allow more diversity in the community.
I've spent a lot of time as it getting my channel together, but I'm getting harrrassed by own viewers and trashed by admins. Do something now.

I see MULTIPLE people that are other ethnicity and producer tagged. Heck they even have webcams up these days. Producers aren't picked by color, they are picked by content. Pulling the racism card is ludicrous. Yes, producer status does seem a bit political, but have you not seen the videos of the people that work at JTV/Socialcam/Twitchtv? They are a virtual melting pot of race.

I have never seen your broadcasts so I don't have a clue on what happens in your chat, but as a broadcaster, I've learned to have a thick skin. If you don't feed the trolls they go away due to lack of attention. Every game broadcaster gets trolled, no one person is a special butterfly here. If you feel you are getting trolled more often then others, maybe you need to examine the content and manner in which you stream. Otherwise, you should contact JTV via email disputing your channel closures.

All I do is commentary. It's a gaming channel. What else am I supposed to do. I quite frankly just do it better than others. So, yes, I can pull the racism card, why? Because all of the white people and europeans are on the front page.

Content? *****, please..How old you think I'm 5? They are hiring little kids with 90 followers as a producer, what kind of fucking great-A BS is that? Yes, I saw someone with 90 followers as producer. Even people with even 150 followers with boring content are becoming producer.

Don't **** yourself son. I don't know where you live. And I've never seen your broadcast. But, you have no idea how annoying it is for me at this juncture.

Btw, I don't want your input. I want the input of someone higher-up than you. They are conspiring against me because I'm black.

I know responding to you again just makes things worse.. but if this is how you talk to people in your channel, then I am truly not surprised at the counter attacks.The trolls FEED off rage. As for JTV, you can be angry about them not accepting you as a producer, hell - I know I am. I applied months ago and I have way more followers and views than the average producer these days. And ya know what? I am white. So, if your reasoning is correct, what the hell?!

I'm courteous to my viewers, of all races. I timeout people that do racial slurs in chat, and if repeat offenders ban them. I let nearly everything else go in my channel.. but race and sexuality slander is a "no go". I do not get banned when I do this. Yes, there are some kids out there with serious issues(keyboard ninjas), but the system is all automated. If you feel you were wrongfully banned or closed, you should email them about it. Making a forum post throwing around the race card will get you no where.

I have not once insulted you or your channel, just made comments on why you might have issues. If you didn't want a response from someone with an opinion that isn't a JTV staff, I, again, recommend you email them your issue.

JTV doesn't control its viewers.. they are out numbered tens of thousands to one admin. It is not their legal responsibility as a company to do this and when you broadcast you agree to their terms of service. Not the other way around. Threats will get you no where.

Maybe you're some peaceful tool who has a closed-mind, or you're white, but you have no idea of the situation.

It took a lot of time to get my stream the way I wanted. And now, I'm back to square one.

I have no idea why your channels keep getting closed and this is a Community help forum not jtv support and you'll need to talk to jtv support to know WHY they are getting shut down.

edit: also you mentioned people that seemed to have worse content then you having consistently more viewers, that it usually because they have a fan base built up with people that keep returning thus they get more and consistent viewers. This usually takes some time to get..
