Playback issues, video stutters and flashing green

I never had any problems with Justin.tv, but recently (maybe 2 or so months ago) the stream began messing up on any channel I try to watch. The video constantly stutters and flashes green. Here's a picture of what it looks like http://i55.tinypic.com/1zdt1tg.jpg. This happens on both Twitch and Justin.tv. I've tried updating my flash player, using different browsers, and disabling ad-block but nothing has changed. I've also looked around the forums here and the help blog but I can't find my problem. Hi there,

This looks like a 3D acceleration problem.

Can you right click the video screen, and go to settings. Within those flash settings, on the display tab you should have a check mark option to Enable 3D Acceleration.

Check that box.

Let me know if it was already checked.
