Mod keeps vanishing

I have been made mod on a stream and no matter what browser I use (yes they are all updated, flash and all). Be it Firefox, Chrome, or IE. Anytime I leave the stream and come back my mod is gone but the broadcaster's system shows me as a mod but I have no mod title nor abilities. They have to remove me as mod and re-mod me each time I come to the stream. Yet no other mod in the stream has that issue.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, my username is the same as my forum name.

If they are modding you with the /mod command make they use your username in all lowercase letters. So "/mod outbackerdave" is not the same as "/mod Outbackerdave" and the second one won't work.

Thanks for the reply. Ok they did that and still gives mod then my mod vanishes after I refresh or close my browser and reopen it. Yet to the broadcaster, I still show as a mod. Yet to the viewers and myself, I do not show as mod.

I have this problem with some of the mods in my stream as well. It's not like this for everyone but 2 of them lose their mod whenever they leave the stream so I have to mod them again every time they return if I still want them to be mod =/ Is there a fix for this?
