Channel owner

Channel Owner is the Justin.tv user who has created a given channel. They are the only users with the ability to make other users into moderators and set the access code for a channel.

A channel owner can be identified by next to their name in chat.

Channel owners also have the ability to moderate their rooms with commands like: /ban users from chat, turn slow mode on and off, and purging chat by either using /ban or /timeout commands.
