Reinstall Flash

Occasionally Adobe Flash Player loses its functionality due to various reasons. Because of this, we need to uninstall and then reinstall the Flash Player.

To Uninstall:

You can now remove the player only by using the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller. To remove Flash Player, simply download and run the appropriate uninstaller for your system using the steps below:

Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller and save the file to your system, choosing a location where you can find it (for example, your desktop).
- For Windows: uninstall_flash_player.exe
- For Mac OS X, version 10.4 and above: uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg
- For Mac OS X, version 10.3 and below: uninstall_flash_player_osx_10.2.dmg
- For Mac OS 8.x, 9.x: uninstall_flash_player.hqx
  - You may need to open or unstuff the .hqx file.
Quit ALL running applications, including all Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or other browser windows, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, or other Messengers.
Run the uninstaller. This will remove Adobe Flash Player from all browsers on the system
